Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
You are able to cancel your order 24 hours after placing it before the order is shipped out for a full refund. All you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel within the time period.
If your return is approved by our team we will send you a return label (with a tracking number) to send the package back too our warehouse.
Average transit times within the US: 5-7 days. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the US. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
